Description

Annual winter graduation exercises were held December 19, 1973 at Jacksonville State University inside the Leone Cole Auditorium. Commencement speaker Mental Health Director Taylor Hardin spoke before a record 435 students who received degrees. Honorary doctorate degrees were awarded to Taylor Hardin and Mrs. George Wallace. Shown Gov. George Wallace kisses Mrs. Wallace on the cheek.
