Description

Jacksonville State University head football Coach Charley Pell was the Choccolocco Council Boypower '76 Roundup Chairman in 1972. The campaign titled "Touchdowns for Boypower" was an effort in Calhoun and Cleburne Counties to recruit 1,000 new scouts by December 31, 1972. Shown Coach Pell and three scouts publicize holding a Boypower sign. (circa September 1972)
