Description

Jacksonville State University was home to the Northeast Alabama Police Academy in 1972-1973. All newly hired police and law enforcement officers in Alabama were required to attend police academy before being accepted permanently by their departments. Shown two people affiliated with the police academy stand inside on campus. (circa 1972)
