Description

The Northeast Alabama Regional Science Fair was held March 24-25, 1972 at Jacksonville State University. Over 250 high school and junior high school students from 10 counties entered projects. Shown are the winners in the research paper competition. Senior high school students receiving first place were, from left, Bryan Boozer (first place biological sciences), Nedra Holcombe (first place physical sciences), Walter Lindblom (first place math and engineering), and Linda Bishop (first place humanities).
