Betty Bell and Jane Rice were the top two Miss Homecoming finalists at Jacksonville State University in 1971. Students elected Jane Rice as queen on October 26, 1971 and she was crowned at an assembly held October 27, 1971. Shown are Betty Bell (first alternate) and Jane Rice (winner).
