Outstanding teachers from across Alabama were annually inducted into the Jacksonville State University Teacher Hall of Fame. Mrs. Dody Jennings, English and Speech teacher at Piedmont High School, was a top 10 finalist. She was also selected the winner of the secondary division. (circa March 29, 1971)
