Description

Sparkman Hall at Jacksonville State University was named for Ivo Sparkman, wife to Alabama's Senior Senator, John Sparkman. Construction began on the building in 1970. Shown are campus buildings and parked cars looking south off the sun deck located on the roof of Sparkman Hall. (circa April 5, 1971)
