Description

The Miss Northeast Alabama pageant was held May 15, 1971 at Jacksonville State University in the Student Commons Auditorium. Shown winner Ceil Jenkins receives a hug on stage. The reigning Miss Alabama and Mistress of Ceremonies, Suzanne Dennie, stands far right. Also background left are contestants Vickie Owen (second alternate) and Angela Polard (fourth alternate).
