A Cerebral Palsy Drive took place in October 1970 at Jacksonville State University. Shown four male individuals stand observing a plaque designated as a "Humanitarian Service Award for United Cerebral Palsy" in memory of Oxford Mayor Alvis A. Hamric. Identified far right, shaking hands, is Leon Willman. (circa October 30, 1970)
