The Albert P. Brewer Hall, in honor of Gov. Albert Brewer, building at Jacksonville State University was to house the School of Law Enforcement. Shown are the approved architectural plans designed by the firm of Hofferbert and Ellis of Gadsden. (circa May 31, 1970)
