Lynda Mitchell was a student and Miss Mimosa candidate at Jacksonville State University in 1969-1970. She was sponsored by Phi Mu Alpha. Beauties competed for the 1970 Miss Mimosa title in a competition held February 18, 1970 in the Leone Cole Auditorium. (circa February 15, 1970)
