People wade through water in the streets of Wetumpka, Alabama as others paddle through in boats. One car drives through water. Thompson's Café of Home Cooked Meals, Standard Oil Products, and the Bank of Wetumpka are shown. This may be 1938 when a devastating flood occurred. (circa 1938)
