Description

Pannell Hall, a two story men's dormitory at Jacksonville State Teachers College, was built in 1946-1947 and named in honor of Dr. Henry Clifton Pannell. Dr. Henry Clifton Pannell, a normal school graduate of 1918, was the Jacksonville High School principal beginning in 1925. Shown is the building exterior through the trees. (circa 1950s)
