Interviews of May and July 1964 graduates of Jacksonville State College had already begun February 1964. Phi Beta Lambda, business fraternity, coordinated between seniors and interviewing firms and agencies. Seniors Sandra Lee Johnson and Lawson Shaw are shown interviewing for jobs with the Internal Revenue Service. Interviewers were, from left, Armand Costanzo, chief of the audit division, William E. Self, group supervisor of collections, and Elizabeth Janks, assistant chief of personnel branch. (circa February 14, 1964)
