Judye Jones, student at Jacksonville State College (now Jacksonville State University), was crowned as the 1963 Miss Mimosa during the pageant held December 12, 1962. Shown standing on stage wearing crown and cape she holds flower and loving cup trophy as she is being crowned by last year's Miss Mimosa, Cecilia Upton. Two others look on.
