Freshman Terry Jenkins Yake was a Cadet in the ROTC at Jacksonville State College (now Jacksonville State University). He was named "Cadet of the Month" for March 1961. Shown he receives the award and a fourragere from Cadet Col. Jimmy Pike, ROTC battle group commander. (circa March 30, 1961)
