Description

The Inter Se Study Club of Jacksonville made its way to the Jacksonville State College Elementary Laboratory School every fall for eye-testing. Fundraisers are directed toward this cause to purchase glasses for those who cannot afford them. Shown the equipment is adjusted to test a pupil's eyes. Left to right are Mrs. L.J. Glazner, Constance Currier (pupil in the third grade), Mrs. H.Y. Dempsey, Jr., and Mrs. N.R. Stallworth. (circa November 15, 1962)
