Description

The Jacks, formerly known as the Counts, began in 1957. It was a lab band sponsored by Phi Mu Alpha at Jacksonville State College (now Jacksonville State University) in the 1960s. Shown The Jacks perform on stage inside the Leone Cole Auditorium. Trumpet player Melvin Morgan stands front at the microphone. (circa 1963)
