Jacksonville State College (now Jacksonville State University) ROTC Awards Day was held May 8, 1964. Shown Lieutenant Colonel John A. Brock, commander of the unit, pins a medal on Cadet Second Lieutenant Andrew Bolt. Bolt was awarded the ROTC Medal through courtesy of the Association of the U.S. Army as the outstanding cadet in MSIII.
