The Clarence W. Daugette International House at Jacksonville State College (now Jacksonville State University) began construction in 1963. Shown are affiliated officials who broke ground for the new International House. Identified, holding shovels, are Dr. James H. Jones and Col. Harry Ayers. (circa June 10, 1963)
