Rev. Robert Allman was the head of the Jacksonville First Presbyterian Church c. 1960s. The Jacksonville Presbyterian Church sponsored the Westminister Fellowship at Jacksonville State College. Rev. Robert Allman was minister to the students. Shown he is kneeling front right with many young children. A group of unidentified female individuals also stand with them outside the Presbyterian Church.
