Dean of Jacksonville State College, Dr. Theron Montgomery, shown center, made a presentation for the international honorary music fraternity Delta Omicron. The Delta Omega Chapter of Delta Omicron was presented a Certificate of Honor in recognition of service to the college. Shown left is Susie Francis, president of the chapter, and shown right is Esther Baab, faculty advisor. (circa November 1, 1964)
