Description
Assistant Professor of Military Science in Senior ROTC at Jacksonville State College, Captain James H. Mozley, III, was presented the Army Commendation Medal for meritorious services by Commander of the ROTC unit, Lt. Col. John A. Brock, during special ceremonies. Captain Mozley terminated his duty with the ROTC in June 1964 and was assigned to duty in Heidelberg, Germany. (circa May 12, 1964)
