Jacksonville State College (now Jacksonville State University) ROTC Awards Day was held May 8, 1964. Cadet Second Lieutenant Andrew W. Bolt was awarded the ROTC Medal through courtesy of the Association of the U.S. Army as the outstanding cadet in MSIII. Shown Lieutenant Colonel John A. Brock, commander of the college unit, shakes hands with Bolt in congratulations.
