A celebration in honor of Jerry Savage, senior at Jacksonville State University, was held March 3, 1967 and sponsored by the Quarterback and Lions Clubs. President Houston Cole, shown right, was guest speaker and W.H. Kimbrough, shown left, was master of ceremonies for Jerry Savage Day.
