A celebration in honor of Jerry Savage, senior at Jacksonville State University, was held March 3, 1967 and sponsored by the Quarterback and Lions Clubs. President Houston Cole was guest speaker and W.H. Kimbrough was master of ceremonies for Jerry Savage Day. From left is Jerry Savage, Houston Cole, W.H. Kimbrough, and Jim Blevins (head football coach).
