Description

Band Day is an annual tradition in which the Marching Southerners host high school bands for a day of music. Some 2,000 high school band students from across Alabama and Georgia participated in the October 30, 1965 event held in Paul Snow Stadium at Jacksonville State College. Shown five twirlers stand on the field in uniform with batons.
