Jacksonville State College (now Jacksonville State University) held the annual Homecoming parade October 3, 1964. Shown is the army tank float created by the Scabbard and Blade and Pershing Rifles. It says, "Mission Destroy Troy" and a sign reads, "1st Gamecock Division."
