Description
The Jacksonville State University ROTC unit received a new flag May 1969 during U.S. Representative Bill Nichols' two day visit. Shown during the presentation President Houston Cole accepts the flag from Rep. Nichols and Lt. Col. Leonard Folk. The new American flag, which had flown over the U.S. Capitol in Washington, was used at JSU. (circa May 21, 1969)
