Description

Four individuals stand together as two are holding the Boy Scouts of America Pack Charter for Pack #19 of Jacksonville, Alabama granted April 30, 1961 to the Jacksonville Elementary School Parent Teacher Association. The institutional representative named on the certificate was J.C. Hollis who is believed to be standing far right. Others are unidentified. (circa April 30, 1961)
