Taking part in the 1963 initiation ceremonies of Kappa Delta Pi at Jacksonville State College (now Jacksonville State University) were (seated) William Chitwood (president of chapter), Judy Shanaberger (vice president), Margaret Turner (secretary-treasurer) (standing), Margie Baldwin, Nona Sue Moore, Jeanette Caldwell, Isabel Rogers, and Ms. Lucille Branscomb (counselor). Not pictured were Martha Prestwood, Katherine Grizzard, and Ann Dempsey. (circa June 12, 1963)
