The 1962 Jacksonville State College yearbook, The Mimosa, was dedicated to Hazel Hudson, Head Dietitian. The message inside the yearbook reads, "For her faithfulness to the students of Jacksonville State College, for her interest in their welfare, for her cheerful words of consolation, for her devotion to her work, we say, "Thank you!" and gratefully dedicate the 1962 Mimosa to: Mrs. Hazel Hudson."
