Description

The annual scholarship from District 686, Rotary International, was presented October 21, 1962 at the International House anniversary tea held in the Jacksonville State College International House. Franz Schneider received the scholarship and Lee Freibaum accepted the scholarship on behalf of the board of trustees of the International Endowment Foundation. From left are Walter Flowers (represented the district governor), Col. C.W. Daugette, Franz Schneider, and Lee Freibaum (Anniston Rotarian).
