Superintendent of Mountain Brook Schools Dr. W.N. Eddins spoke to education majors at Jacksonville State College (now Jacksonville State University) March 21, 1963 on the education system of the Soviet Union. Dr. Greene Taylor, middle, chairman of the education division, introduced Dr. W.N. Eddins. Dr. Theron Montgomery, college dean, is shown right.
