Johnny Hamner and Troy Dobbins were students at Jacksonville State College (now Jacksonville State University) in the early 1960s. Both were members of the Student Government Association SGA as well as recipients of Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges. Shown they are kneeling outside on a sidewalk. (circa 1962)
