Margaret Stanton, an International House Program student from Australia at Jacksonville State College (now Jacksonville State University), was chosen as scholarship recipient for the Alabama Federation of Women's Clubs 1962-1963. The annual scholarship was presented October 21, 1962 at the International House anniversary tea held in the Jacksonville State College International House. From left is Mrs. Ernest Stone (chairman of scholarship committee), Margaret Stanton, Mrs. W.M. Beck (accepted the scholarship), and Col. C.W. Daugette, Jr. (chairman of the board of trustees who presided over the ceremony).
