Cadet Lieutenant Colonel Joseph Lambert, also known as Joe Bob Lambert, was a member of the Rifle Team and Battle Group Staff at Jacksonville State College (now Jacksonville State University) in 1959-1960. He shakes with an unidentified man in uniform as he is presented with a Champion Marksman plaque. (circa 1960)
