Description

Colonel LaFlame was a General Staff Officer of Intelligence of the 4th Army Corps of Birmingham as well as battalion commander of the 11th Airborne in the Pacific campaign. Shown inside on the campus of Jacksonville State College (now Jacksonville State University) standing far left Colonel LaFlame shakes hands with Cadet Colonel Pike. Captain McMillan stands middle and an unidentified cadet stands far right. (circa 1961)
