Description

Former student of Jacksonville State College, Freddie Pollard, visited Jacksonville State University in 1967 to give music lessons to students. Freddie Pollard was Drum major of The Southerners Marching Band in the mid 1960s. Shown in the grass outside Mason Hall are some of his participants. Freddie Pollard stands conducting. (circa 1967)
