Description
The dedication ceremony and banquet of the International House was held April 29, 1949 at Jacksonville State Teachers College. Famed newspaper columnist and radio commentator Drew Pearson addressed the audience at the banquet held the same night in Hammond Hall. Shown the distinguished guests at the head table converse during the meal. Identified are Col. Harry Ayers, Drew Pearson, President Houston Cole and wife Leone Pruett Cole.
