Description

The dedication ceremony and banquet of the International House was held April 29, 1949 at Jacksonville State Teachers College. Famed newspaper columnist and radio commentator Drew Pearson addressed the audience at the banquet held the same night in Hammond Hall. Shown President Houston Cole stands at the podium as Mr. Drew Pearson is seated (left) at the head table.
