U.S. Republican Barry Goldwater was Republican Presidential candidate in 1964. November 6, 1967 he visited the Jacksonville State College campus and spoke on "The State of the World Today." Shown Goldwater delivers his speech in Leone Cole Auditorium as he stands behind the podium. Several dignitaries stand on stage behind him clapping, including President Houston Cole.
