Description
These men were students at Jacksonville State College (now Jacksonville State University). In 1961-1962 they were members of Rho Omega Tau Chi whose objective was to promote Espirit de Corps among its members. Members were chosen from those enrolled in ROTC. Shown they stand on the front steps of Logan Hall.
