Mlle Marcelle Andre was a professor of English at College Sophie Germain of Paris. She gave much time and effort to the organization of the Jacksonville State Teachers College International House Program. One of the first four French students to be part of the JSTC International House Program was enrolled at College Sophie Germain, where Mlle Andre taught. (circa June 1946)
