Description
The second tapping of the Epsilon Phi Chapter of the national honorary society in education, Kappa Delta Pi, was held March 27, 1945 during assembly. The theme of ceremonies was "Ye are the Light of the World." Shown are the nine juniors and seniors who were tapped. They are, left to right, Wayne Findley, Katherine Painter, Ruth Upton, Mary Helen Rollins, Gladys Hand, Nannie Joe Davis, Marty Bett Campbell, Dorothy Reeves, Mary Katherine Barker. Seated in front of the group are Edna Bailey (recorder-historian), Katherine Killebrew (treasurer), and Lillie Norris (president).
