Description

An ROTC Commissioning ceremony was held in Anders Hall Roundhouse in May 1968 at Jacksonville State University. Department Head of Military Science at Jacksonville State University in the late 1960s, Colonel Forest O. Wells, stands far right as he accepts an award and a handshake from a man in uniform named McBride.
