Description

The 57th annual commencement exercises were held June 2, 1941 at Jacksonville State Teachers College. State Senator L.H. Ellis delivered the baccalaureate address on "The Way of a Democracy." Shown left Mr. Ellis stands on the porch of Bibb Graves Hall in commencement attire with President C.W. Daugette.
