Students and members of the Jacksonville State Teachers College glee club were featured in the annual Christmas cantata held December 14, 1941 at the Methodist Church. The cantata was titled, "The Babe of Bethlehem." Featured singers throughout the program were Morris Ratcliff, Woodrow Boone, Frances Weaver, Emily McCracken, Crumpton Honea, and Louise Weaver.
