Description
The Ugliest Man on Campus UMOC Campaign took place November 1969 at Jacksonville State University. Proceeds of almost $1,000 were used to purchase clothing and educational material for the children at the Alabama Institute for Deaf and Blind in Talladega. Mac Downs won the title which was bestowed upon him Homecoming Week by Zeta Tau Alpha. Shown is a student contestant seated in the stadium stands.
