Awards Day was observed by the Jacksonville State University ROTC on May 15-16, 1969 in Leone Cole Auditorium. A .22 caliber rifle is presented to Cadet First Sergeant Corliss Berry by an ROTC Cadre member. The First National Bank of Jacksonville gave the award for attaining the highest average score on the ROTC rifle team.
